Let’s have a friendly, no-pressure chat! This call is all about getting to know each other and seeing if I’m the right fit to support you or your little one. You can ask questions and share what you need help with.

If you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a health intake form and a 3-day food journal. These help me get to know you better, so I can create a personalised plan for you or your little one.

Once I have your forms, we’ll have a one-on-one virtual meeting. I’ll walk you through your personalised plan and give you practical tips to reach your goals. We’ll also go over any questions you have to make sure you feel supported.

I’ll email your plan with helpful tips, recommendations, and a meal plan (if included). You’ll have everything you need to start nourishing yourself or your baby.
After 6-8 weeks, I’ll check in to see how you're doing. If you need extra support or adjustments, we can book another follow-up consultation to keep you on track.
