Nourish Yourself, Nourish Your Little One
Tailored Nutrition for Mamas & Babies to Thrive Holistically with Whole Foods
Hi, I’m Arti
A wife, daughter, sister, and above all, a proud Mama to my two amazing children, Aarin and Ayra. Being a mama is both my greatest privilege and my most cherished responsibility. Each day, I feel incredibly grateful for the joy and love my children bring into my life.
Having children wasn't easy for me; I faced my own fertility challenges.
When I became pregnant again after a single round of IUI, I was over the moon, but that joy was quickly accompanied by anxiety and the constant worry of doing everything "right." I spent countless hours researching what to eat, which supplements to take, and wondering if my baby was getting all the nutrients needed to grow healthy and strong. It was overwhelming!
My own experience of becoming a mother is what inspired me to start Nourish Me Mama.
My mission is to educate, empower, and guide you in nourishing yourself and your little one through holistic nutrition.

“Gardeners know that you must nourish the soil if you want healthy plants. You must water the plants adequately, especially when seeds are germinating and sprouting, and they should be planted in a nutrient-rich soil. Why should nutrition matter less in the creation of young humans than it does in young plants? I'm sure that it doesn't”
